- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup packed kale (20g)
- 1 cup frozen mango (135g)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2-1 medium banana (optional)
🍴Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. It tastes best right after it's blended, but you can refrigerate for up to 4 hours. If you need to store for longer, then I recommend freezing into ice cube trays or popsicle molds.
